Congrats to our Shutters Bride and Groom

Jason is currently a Consulting Chef, and has extensive experience as a Chef in restaurants such as Grace restaurant in Los Angeles, Jiraffe in Santa Monica and Jimmy’s II in Beverly Hills. He has also worked for Wolfgang Puck Catering where he started as the Regional Kitchen Manager in 1993. He became a Sous Chef in 2001, and eventually the Executive Chef for Wolfgang Puck Catering in St. Louis, Missouri in 2003.

Jason joins us from the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, where he has been the Executive Chef since 2007. Jason has experience working on the East Coast as the Executive Sous Chef at the Pierre Hotel in New York City from 1999-2005, and then from 2006-2007, as well as additional experience in Las Vegas, where he worked as the Executive Sous Chef in Banquets and Catering for the Bellagio from 2005-2006.
