Fresh, handmade pasta and a warm ocean breeze may soon make Tuesday your favorite night of the week at Shutters on the Beach. Each Tuesday evening, Chef Vittorio will be cooking savory pasta dishes at Coast for our Pasta on the Patio event. Guests can choose from mouthwatering Tagliatelle, Spaghetti, Garganelli, or Ravioli, then complete their dish with a selection of delectable toppings such as Shrimp, Zucchini, Hazelnut, and Calabrian Chiles.

It's a tasty array of gourmet desserts, available through our "Sweets on Sunday" menu from 2 to 6 pm. There are sweets, of course, from cakes like Pear Marzipan Tart and Chocolate Ganache to mini desserts like key lime pie and hazelnut crunch. But you'll also find some savory dinner appetizers, like smoked salmon torta or mini baguette bites with mozzarella, tomato, and basil.
Best of all, it's a mecca of dessert drinks of all vintages and varieties. Keep it simple with a coffee or tea, or kick off your weekend with a craft cocktail- perhaps a Bellini or Honey Bubble Grand.
"Sweets on Sunday" is available from 2 to 6 pm on Fridays in the Lobby Lounge. Delicious to begin with, but even better when it's a Friday evening at the beach.

The backdrop may be of the Pacific Ocean and not the Mediterranean, but Thursday nights still take on a distinctly Italian complexion this summer in the Living Room. Lasting from 5pm to 9pm, come join us for a spirited night of delicious aperitivos —set to live jazz, of course—as well as hand-selected Italian vinos and craft cocktails.
Your appetizer selection includes a mouthwatering array of Italian charcuterie, artisanal cheeses, and antipasti—from Salumi Nostrani to Piatto di Formaggi to Verdure Miste. Our sommelier will then be on hand to guide you through a distinguished menu of Italian wines by the glass, featuring whites and reds from exclusive regions the likes of Umbria, Campania, Tuscany, and Emilia-Romagna. Or, take the cocktail route and sample our aptly named Cocktail Italiano—a refreshing mix of Negroni, Americano, Bellini, Sgroppino, Pirlo, and Spritz Veneziano.
