Shauna Madinah

A former backup singer for Shania Twain, Shauna also sang lead vocals in the Sony animated film “The Swan Princess Christmas” in 2012. She wrote, produced, and sang the EDM-style music of the international fitness craze “Piloxing,” which has been featured on “The Steve Harvey show,” “Good Morning LA,” and many other daytime shows. Her music has even attracted the recognition of world leaders such as Nelson Mandela who featured her music at his birthday party in the Vodacom Stadium in South Africa.

In 2013, he relocated to New Orleans and found the musical environment I had been searching for—a vibrant and deeply rooted scene shaped by a rich blend of influences. Immersed in acoustic jazz, timeless local traditions, and a wide range of musical styles, he began developing a personal project that truly reflects his artistic identity. His work brings together his favorite genres, blending Traditional Jazz, classic French songs, the crooner repertoire, and the American Songbook. On his album Mélanges, he explored original compositions, reimagined local New Orleans classics with new French lyrics, and wrote French lyrics for instrumental jazz standards that had never been sung before.

Writer Dan O’Heron of the Pasadena Weekly states his music is “Soft spoken eloquence, fascinatingly improvised.” and “The music is comforting and visual, it takes you to a better place, a paradise found.” He is an ASCAP Plus Award recipient and won the Guitar Player Magazine “Reader’s Challenge” in February of 2006. Joe has Endorsement or Artist deals with Evans, Godin, La Bella, Sadowsky, Tom Anderson,Taylor and Xotic.
